*RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S). ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPROVED RETURN.
-All returns must include a photo of the damaged or defective product.
-Please keep the original mailer in case you have to return the item!
-Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
-All sales final on custom orders, clearance and wholesale orders.
-I can not be responsible for "return" shipping costs.
-We are not responsible for items that are stolen off your property once it shows as delivered. All packages included tracking numbers to ensure correct delivery. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office first before contacting us to open a lost parcel case.
