Do you offer wholesale discounts to vendors?

How long have you been in business?

-Going strong since 2010!

Do you test on animals?

-That's a big HELL NO! We love all animals and even have a

few fur-babies of our own! All of our products are cruelty-free and not ever tested on animals.

Are your products handmade?

-Yes! We do order some supplies however but everything is 100% assembled and/or designed by us!

-Yes! All of our items are made here in the USA. We do however have supplies that are imported such as jewelry findings and beads as well as silk flowers. We then assemble everything our our style & fashion and provide it to our customers.

If you are finding our designs that they do not say our brand name anywhere in the listing, or if they are on a foreign website, it's more than likely that the item(s) in question are NOT Project Pinup originals. Please contact us with the link and we will contact the unauthorized seller.

Returns and Exchanges:

*Returns/Refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your item(s). All items must be sent back within 30 days of approved return.

-All returns must include a photo of the damaged or defective product.

-Please keep the original mailer in case you have to return the item!

-Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you.

-All sales final on custom orders, clearance and wholesale orders.

-I can not be responsible for "return" shipping costs.

-We are not responsible for items that are stolen off your property once it shows as delivered. All packages included tracking numbers to ensure correct delivery. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office first before contacting us to open a lost parcel case.

-Refunds will be given for purchase price only. We do not make any money off of shipping and once the item has shipped, the postage has been absorbed by USPS. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days so we can process a warranty replacement or return of your item.

-We are not responsible if you break your item due to excessive improper use. All warranty requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
I want you, the customer, to be happy and love your purchase. So if there are any problems or requests please contact me as soon as possible and we can work together to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please do not leave us a negative feedback before you contact us.

Shipping Information:

-Items are shipped via USPS unless I am contacted and requested otherwise.

-I will ship anywhere in the world! But customers are responsible for any import taxes and fees.

-USA standard shipping please expect 1-5 business days for delivery after shipment. Priority mail upgrades can be purchased during checkout. Priority mail USA delivery 2-3 business days. Want express or overnight? Just send us a message with your zipcode and we will adjust your total or send an invoice for the difference.

-International shipping takes 1-6 weeks because the items have to go through customs (which usually takes forever.) If you need the item faster, we can ship priority mail (6-10 business days) as well as express mail (3-5 business days). Just send us a message and we will adjust your total for express. Priority mail upgrades can be purchased during checkout.

-Please double check your address when checking out. We ship only to the address you provide us on the order page. If there is an incorrect address or error please let us know immediately before we ship out the package. If the package is already shipped out, the post office charges a $12 interception fee which the buyer is responsible to pay to redirect the package. Or if the item is refused then the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost of the package to the correct address.

*We are not responsible for lost/stolen package. Please check with your mail carrier and local post office to see if it was delivered to the right address. Also check with family members or neighbors to see if it was delivered to someone else. Once the tracking is showing delivered we are no longer responsible.
